We are excited to deliver a fun packed Easter long weekend of basketball!
COSTS:
- Cost is $750 per team (incl GST)
- No additional charge for individuals
- EACH TEAM MUST COMPLETE INDIVIDUAL ROSTER FORM ADDITIONAL TO THIS ENTRY FORM.
- EACH TEAM MUST PROVIDE 1 REFEREE

An additional fee of $250.00 per team will be incurred if a referee is not provided
IMPORTANT DATES:
- Entries close Sunday 30th December 2018
- Deposit $100 per team by Thursday 31st January 2019 to confirm your team entry.
- Team Roster Form & Balance Fees by Wednesday 20th February 2019
- Draw released Tuesday 19th March 2019
- Tournament Dates - Friday 19th - Monday 22nd April 2019
